Write to us and a person will read it

Activation trouble, a coverage question about a specific market, a team account, a chapter you would like to start — it all arrives in the same queue. Support is written rather than telephone-first, because our members are spread across every time zone and a queue that only wakes up in Chicago is not support.

Before you write about activation

These four details turn a two-day exchange into a single reply:

  • Exact device model and operating system version.
  • The country you are in, and the country the plan covers.
  • Whether the profile appears in your settings at all, and whether it is enabled.
  • What the status bar shows: no service, searching, or bars with no data.
Quick answers

Things people usually ask before writing

How fast do you reply?

Normally within one business day. Messages tagged as activation failures are triaged first, because someone stuck without data is a more urgent problem than a billing question.

Can I call instead?

You can, on +1 312 555 0345 during Central Time office hours. For technical problems, writing is usually faster — we can read your settings screenshots and check the profile state while you sleep.

Do you handle data requests here?

Yes. Choose “Privacy or data request” as the topic and we will route it to the person responsible. Access, correction and deletion requests are described in the Privacy Policy.

I want to start a chapter in my city

Tell us the city, roughly how long you expect to be there, and whether you already know a coworking space that might host. Chapters need a resident organiser, not a visitor passing through.
